Gagandeep completed the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical and therapeutic practices. Her training includes techniques such as deep tissue massage, Swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. She chose massage therapy because it blends her natural compassion with her interest in health and wellness—and because it gives her the chance to make a positive impact on people’s lives. She believes in tailoring each massage to the specific needs of her clients, aiming not only to relieve pain but also to promote long-term healing and relaxation. Outside of her practice, Gagandeep loves to cook and explore new places. Whether she’s trying out a new recipe or spending time outdoors, she values experiences that bring joy and connection. She is continually expanding her skills and plans to explore additional modalities such as cupping and hot stone massage in the future. She speaks English, Punjabi, and Hindi, and is passionate about making every client feel welcome, understood, and cared for.
